What a difference 3 days make. I am going on my 4th day of Dr. Mike’s SWL (Sensible Weight Loss) program.

 It is hard to tell with any degree of accuracy just how much weight I have lost in these three days but it looks like about 1 lb per day.

What I do know is, I am not hungry, I feel better, and I have more energy and more money. 

The SWL program I am on, I do 2 meal replacements each day morning and noon. The cost is about $5.00 total. I don’t have to tip anyone and all I do is just clean the blender which doubles as a drinking glass.

 I am beginning small with my savings, but saving $15.00 per day by getting 2 healthy meals adds up.  That’s $450.00 per month or $5400.00 per year. Think about it.

 My Dad said, “A Penny saved is a Penny Earned.” If you believe that piece of advice then I am earning $450.00 per month by being on Dr. Mike’s SWL program.

 Whether you go on Dr. Mike’s SWL program to lose weight or just need another $450.00 per month it is a good deal.

 Dr. Mike’s SWL program is a nice step toward addressing my problem of being big on weight and small on cash.
