Goodbye Fat Guy, Hello Healthy Guy

What a difference 3 days make. I am going on my 4^th day of Dr. Mike’s SWL (Sensible Weight Loss) program.

 It is hard to tell with any degree of accuracy just how much weight I have lost in these three days but it looks like about 1 lb per day.

What I do know is, I am not hungry, I feel better, and I have more energy and more money.

Let me tell you my story. It begins like this.

 In South Texas the kids are back in school and their dads are headed to their Hunting leases.

 Fall is the season my charter business normally slows down. However, if I judge the season by my charter business, Fall actually started in August this year.
